Weekly single sessions are the top tier of what I offer as not only am I catering the sessions just to you, but I am also working your workout/nutrition plan outside of the time we are together.
If you have friends, family or co-workers who would like to come along, that makes it all the better! Studies show having an accountability partner helps with your progress and keeps you on track! This will also lower the per person price. I offer partner rates or small group rates as well.
